Concrete Dincel Walls

Concrete Dincel walls are polymer formwork used to make concrete walls. Dincel walling is used to make:

  • Core walls, such as those for elevators and stairs
  • Retaining walls
  • Walls for basements
  • Sea walls
  • Pool walls
  • Balustrades
  • And for many more different applications.

The polymer formwork is not used as a mold for pouring concrete. Instead, it is left in there as durable and waterproof skin. The formwork protects the structure and increases the durability of the wall.

How are Concrete Dincel walls made?

The Dincel formwork is hollow, where the panels are snapped in to place together in a pattern to make a wall. This easy formwork is a great way to install the wall quickly and efficiently as compared to other methods of building walls. You can consult with our team members to check whether the wall being built requires a steel reineforcement. If it does, then steel reinforcement is added to the formwork before the concrete is poured into it to make the wall sturdier and more stable.

Once the formwork is set up, the mixed concrete is poured into it and allowed to dry. Other items are also used when the Dincel Concrete walls are made and are used by the highly experienced Coalesce team as required. These items include accessories such as guides, joiners, corners, and others as needed to ensure that the installation process is smooth and leaves behind a seamless finish.

Are there any varieties in Dincel walls?

Concrete Dincel walls can are available in four different thicknesses and panel widths. However, it is not essential for the dimensions of the wall to be the same as the Dincel formwork. The profiles of the existing formwork can be cut in according to the wall size, and there is immense convenience for our esteemed customers.

What are the finishes that can be applied to Dincel concrete walls?

A host of different finishes can be applied on Dincel walls, so when using one, you don’t have to worry about customization. Some finishes used when Dincel Concrete walls are used indoors are paint, plasterboard, and left-as-is. For external purposes, the Dincel concrete walls need to be protected so that acrylic rendering, color, or cladding can be used.

Dincel Concrete walls have panels, and their joints allow for the expansion and contraction of the wall surface. The movement is restricted from causing cracks and chips because panel joints are in place to ensure that any differential activity between the Dincel and the rendering is reduced.

The Coalesce team will guide you through all of the detail, and our friendly team will be there round-the-clock during the project and ensure that the work is carried out seamlessly and within the timeframe decided before the start of the project.
